  • A customer number and order number will be created for you automatically

  • Enter your Postal code and email address

  • Choose the shipping method

  • You will be asked for your payment information

How do I know that my order was completed?

  • You will receive an order number and an email confirming your order. This is your receipt.

  • You will receive this emailed confirmation within 24 hours

Do I have to pay any duties or brokerage charges?

  • There is NO cross border shipping

  • All orders from Canada ship from within Canada

  • All order from the USA ship from within the USA

  • Therefore there are no duties or brokerage charges

Do I have to pay taxes?

  • Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland pay the HST

  • Other Canadian provinces including Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, pay only the GST

  • The Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut  do not have any type of regional sales tax.

  • Any taxes are clearly displayed during the check out process

How much is shipping and handling?

  • We do NOT charge any handling or box fees

  • Our shipping costs are calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight).

  • The cost of ground, air and overnight shipping costs are clearly shown and you can choose the speed that your parts will be delivered to you

How long does it take to get my order?

  • You can choose how fast your order is sent:

  • If you choose UPS Ground shipping, you will receive it in 2-5 business days

  • If you choose UPS Overnight, and you order before 2pm Eastern Time, you will receive it the next business day before 5pm

  • Please note that the time is in business days, so please take into account Saturday and Sunday which are not business days

How can I pay?

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard

  • Through PayPal we also accept American Express, E Check and Debit Cards

  • To pay by Money order you must phone a customer service specialist toll free at 1-800-207-1367- Monday to Friday- 9am to 5 pm Eastern Time.

How can I track my order?

  • Under CUSTOMER SERVICE, click TRACK SHIPMENTS

  • Enter the order number or your email address and password and you will receive UPS order tracking information

  • Please allow 1 business day for your UPS tracking number to be generated

  • Phone a customer service specialist toll free at 1-800-207-1367- Monday to Friday- 9am to 5 pm Eastern Time.

Returns Policy

  • We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.  However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order.   Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
    • Are in their original packaging
    • Have original manufacturer information
    • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
    • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
    • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Automotive repair manuals
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, lights, bulbs, ignition parts, relays, sensors and switches, etc)

 

  • Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

    Items incorrectly shipped to BestPriceCarParts.ca will not be returned. Items not purchased from BestPriceCarParts.ca will not be accepted.
 

  • We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. 
    We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements.
  • The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products  

  •  If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our form at Returns within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.

Can I cancel my order?

  • All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. No orders can be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday after 5pm EST to Monday 9am EST cannot be canceled, as they are processed over the weekend for shipment. Once payment has been confirmed we cannot add/remove parts from the order or change your shipping option. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be charged on all orders canceled by the customer, if it still can be cancelled at all.
